Our expertise enables us to manage complex projects while maintaining exceptional performance, establishing us as an undisputed leader in the sector.

How do we optimize our organization to better meet your needs?

Our structured approach begins as soon as we receive our partner’s project requirements. Here are the key steps in our process.

Project Needs Analysis

We thoroughly examine the specifications provided by our partners to understand the logistical challenges, time constraints, and objectives to be achieved.

Internal Resources Assessment

We identify the needs in terms of fleet, personnel, and equipment. This includes assessing vehicles, planning teams, and establishing support mechanisms such as garages and rest areas.

Operations Planning

Once the needs are identified, we develop a detailed action plan. This plan includes route management, team rotations, and the implementation of safety measures tailored to the specific requirements of the project.

Continuous Management

Throughout the duration of the project, we provide 24/7 supervision. We emphasize preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure consistent productivity

Quality and Safety Control

We track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that all operations meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Long-Distance Project Examples

De la mine à votre destination finale, nous sommes là pour vous.

1.Transport of nickel over a 1,000 km round trip with CMB (Côte d'Ivoire)

Challenge:Transporting goods over long distances, passing through towns and villages, ensuring safety, dealing with weather conditions, and managing operator fatigue.

Solution: Deploy 24/7 teams of mechanics, establish sites with a garage, staff, and lodging at each location.

2.Transport of iron ore with volumes reaching 150,000 tons per month. SL Mining, Sierra Leone

Challenge: Managing complex road conditions, high-density material.

Solution: Skilled operators, providing specific training for the challenges, appropriate engines

3.Construction of the Kamsar port with GAC Guinea

Challenge: Managing groundwater flow during the rainy season, crossing a market during the day

Solution: Use of water pumps, creation of drainage channels, we established a stockpile before the market, and in the evening, we implemented short-distance transport between the stockpile and the port.

Operational Mode

Each project is executed according to a rigorous methodology. We ensure continuous availability of technical and maintenance teams, with real-time monitoring of operations. The operations are divided into short cycles to maximize efficiency, and each step is optimized to reduce downtime.
